We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages get delivery confirmation. Some packages also get insured depending on the product and order size. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged you need to take that up with the United States Postal Service. We will happily mail you all necessary documentation.
All packages are required to have delivery confirmation on them. This way a package can be tracked if it gets lost in the postal system.
If your order is not delivered in time due to the services of the United States Post Office or other carrier we are not responsible. We make every effort to ensure that your package is shipped out with adequate time to arrive to you before the date it is needed by. Rush service is available if needed. Please make sure to allow ample time for your order to be processed and shipped.
All sales final. If a mistake was made on our part after the final design is approved then we will replace the product or issue a refund. Please review the product carefully for spelling errors prior to final approval. Please check personalization carefully to ensure that spelling, dates and other information is correct.
There are no refunds on personalized pens, drink favors or honey favors. If a package is not signed for and it is returned to the warehouse (third party) it is the buyer's responsibility to make all the necessary arrangements with the warehouse (third party) to have the package sent back to you. We are not responsible for packages that are not signed for. No refunds will be given on unclaimed packages.
We only use graphics that we have purchased and are legally allowed for commercial use. We cannot use copyrighted images such as Disney, Warner Brothers, or Nickelodeon, so please do not request that we do. Credit and Debit card purchases are processed via an on line invoice serviced through Pay Pal (http://www.PayPal.com). Pay Pal is a secure server and accepted world wide. We do not accept Debit or Credit card information through e-mail or by telephone. If you do not wish to use your card through Pay Pal you are welcome to pay with a money order (postal or bank) or personal check. Personal checks must clear before order can be processed. Cash only from local customers. Currently these are the only acceptable forms of payment.
We have the right to decline or terminate an order if we have reason to suspect fraud or any other legitimate reason.
Our Web server automatically does not recognizes information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
We collect the e-mail addresses ONLY from those who communicate with us via e-mail order inquiries. We do not collect on consumers who browse our Web page.
The information we collect is NOT shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We DO NOT sell your personal information. We will NEVER display or share your personal information with anyone in any form.
We do not set any cookies.
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
Upon request we shall provide customers with information in regards to transactions (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them.

International Orders
Everyday-Occasions.com accepts international orders from customers in most countries. Some exclusions apply, due to high incidence of fraud in certain countries. No exceptions are made to these exclusions. Additionally, all orders go through our fraud prevention screening, including international orders. Please note: International orders must be shipped to customer’s billing address for first time orders.
